By ordering business cards under this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is only available to persons with a South African delivery address.
2. Full payment is required upfront when placing the order.
3. Once paid, the cards will be ready within 5-10 working days.
4. Delivery to any street address in South Africa is included in the cost.
5. If Paul Russell Designs is required to design your business cards, you will receive no more than 3 design variations, with 5 major changes once a variation has been chosen. Anything beyond this may be billed at standard rates of R250/h or part thereof.
6. If Paul Russell Designs is required to design your business cards, on no account is logo design included in the promotion price. You will need to supply me with your logo as a high res image. Additional expenses may be incurred if the logo or any other supplied artwork do not meet print quality standards.
7. If you supply your own artwork, please ensure that the artwork is the correct size (90mm x 50mm) with 3mm of bleed at a minimum of 300dpi. Also please ensure that it is CMYK. Any adjustments required to get your artwork print-ready may incur additional costs.
8. The 500 business cards will be printed from one design - you will not be able to divide the 500 up between multiple design variations. Should you wish to print additional cards for different people, a separate batch of 500 will need to be purchased. (Smaller quantities are available, but are priced differently)
9. This promotion is for standard business cards printed on 400gsm matt board. It does not include any custom die cuts or UV finishings. (Should you wish for nonstandard options, please do ask what is available)
